5-room apartment 128 m2 on 2 levels, on the 2 upper floors of an old family house, in a sunny position, comfortable and cosy furnishings.

Lower floor: large open kitchen with living and dining corner, exit to the terrace, smaller living room with open fireplace, piano, satellite-TV (+1 extra bed possibility), 1 double bedroom, shower/WC.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms (each with baby bed), bath / WC.

All the beds possible to prepare as single beds, too.

Exterior:

Own staircase from the street, large terrace 60 m2 to the garden, roofed balcony to the street.  Terrace furniture, barbecue possibility. View of the garden, children playground and the resort.

Maximum 6 persons, eventually the 7th person on extra bed, or 1 - 2 babies in baby cots.

Smoking not allowed in the house, possible on the terrace or roofed balcony. Parking directly at the house only for short stopping, guarded parking 700 m. Your pets are welcome.
